We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video and Live Stream Producer to join our team and produce high-quality remote live streaming and video programs for our holding company and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, and delivering live streams and video programs that showcase our companies’ products, services, and stories.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Video and Live Stream Producer to produce remote live streaming and videos programs for our holding company and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality live streams and videos that meet our companies’ marketing and communications objectives. The candidate will work closely with our marketing, communications, and subject matter expert teams to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for live streams and videos.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, produce, and deliver high-quality remote live streaming and videos for our holding company and its subsidiaries
· Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards for live streams and videos in collaboration with marketing, communications, and subject matter expert teams
· Conduct location scouting, scheduling, and logistics planning for live streams and video productions
· Collaborate with on-camera talent, including executives, employees, and customers, to ensure high-quality performances
· Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment for live streams and video productions
· Edit and post-produce live streams and videos using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition
· Ensure all live streams and videos meet our companies’ brand and quality standards
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our companies’ products, services, and stories
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming and video production
· Collaborate with our social media team to develop and implement social media strategies for live streams and videos
· Analyze and report on live stream and video performance metrics, including engagement, views, and clicks

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field
· At least 3 years of experience in video production, live streaming, or a related field
· Proven track record of producing high-quality live streams and videos
· Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, camera operation, and lighting and sound design
· Strong understanding of storytelling principles and ability to develop compelling narratives
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with on-camera talent, crew members, and stakeholders
· Experience with remote live streaming technologies, including Zoom, Skype, and YouTube Live
· Experience with video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer
· Experience with motion graphics and animation software, including Adobe After Effects and Blender
