Job Description

RIEPILOGO DELLA JOB DESCRIPTION

• Stiamo cercando una risorsa con esperienza competente per intraprendere una serie di attività finanziarie e non finanziarie collegate ai Clienti gestiti.
• Gestisce lo stato di conti e saldi e identifica le incongruenze
• Si relaziona efficacemente con tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione e con i Finance department interni ed esterni
• Emettere e inviare fatture sulla base di accordi contrattuali,
• Fornire supporto e soluzioni a qualsiasi problema relativo ai clienti assegnati
• Fornire report sull’attività di fatturazione con dati chiari e affidabili per qualsiasi cliente o richiesta di audit.

Qualifications

• Comprovata esperienza di almeno 5 anni in contesti che gestiscono piani media ed advertising
• Rispetto delle leggi e delle best practices per quanto riguarda la gestione dei clienti e dei dati
• Ottima conoscenza di MS Office (in particolare Excel) e software ER (ABC)
• Approccio hands-on e di problem solving
• Competenza in inglese
• Orientata/o ai risultati e paziente
• Elevato grado di attenzione ai dettagli e affidabilità
• Team worker
• Laurea in Finanza, Contabilità o Business Administration
• Esperienza su SAP sarà considerata un plus
