SENIOR SPECIALIST MEDIA COMMUNICATION

We are looking for a media expert with strong attention to detail, self-organized and results-oriented, who wants to make a difference and shape the future within our Communications team in Budapest as Senior Specialist Media Communication.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • min. Bachelor’s degree (business, PR, media, communication, economy)
  • Min. 7-9 years of proven working experience from FMCG environment / Media buying / Communication
  • Advanced English and Hungarian language at proficiency level is a must
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of media planning and buying processes, knowing the Hungarian media landscape
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Adaptable and open to new ideas and approaches in a dynamic work environment.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
  • High collaboration spirit
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Project management experience

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and execute media buying strategies to achieve communication objectives.
  • Research and identify the best media and event platforms for target audiences.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with relevant agencies and media partners.
  • Monitor and optimize media buys to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging media opportunities.
  • Allocate budgets effectively across various media partners and channels.
  • Participate in tenders and researches to identify new media opportunities.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Contribute to content development to ensure alignment with media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal (eg.:external affairs, event, legal, procurement..etc) and external partners (eg.:agencies, vendors..etc) to ensure cohesive and effective media campaign execution.
  • Manage contracts and administration processes to ensure compliance with our policies and guidelines
