Role: Media Coordinator – Sales Coordinator, ASIA
Reports to: ASIA Sales Managers and VP (Format & Finished programmes)
Status: Permanent
Location: Singapore
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our APAC office at All3Media International.
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest distribution and production companies, with offices in London and New York.
The role involves supporting the Sales team in Singapore to expand business across Asia. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 year of sales support or administrative experience, preferably in a media organization. Strong English communication skills, a passion for the industry, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential. A second language such as Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.

The main responsibilities of the role are;

  • General PA duties the VP Asia (China, Japan and Korea) and VP Asia (India and Sub-Continents) and ASIA facing sales team, covering a wide range of territories and platforms;
  • Preparation of availability lists & sales reports for new sales opportunities;
  • Sales Contract management - deal entry, generation of contracts, filing, maintenance of database and reporting;
  • Directly responsible for accurately entering deals on to Rights Tracker for the Sales Managers;
  • Liaison with other departments in the UK, as required, to ensure the smooth running of deals (e.g. operations, legal etc.);
  • Office Management;
  • Client database management – updating website access to allow clients to view online catalogue and screen programming, creation of playlists for users;
  • Meeting and travel arrangement support;
  • Consolidate and prepare sales presentations;
  • Review and evaluation of content –Drama Series, Non scripted series and Formats;
  • Answering enquiries from clients;
  • Expenses reports;
  • Making notes at internal meetings;
  • Other office duties as required.

The right candidate will need to be enthusiastic, willing to learn on the job and demonstrate;

  • Ideally a minimum of 2 year of sales support, admin, ideally within a media organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Passion for content, media, TV production.
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude;
  • Desire to learn, to grow and be part of a team;
  • A high degree of numeracy;
  • Proficient with Outlook 365, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • An ability to multitask and team player;
  • Hands-on, energetic, proactive, self-starter who is able to work to tight deadlines;
  • A second language skill would also be an advantage, specifically Japanese, Korean or Chinese
