YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Administration or similar with focus on media
  • Minimum of 5 years practical experience in the field of Media Planning (all media esp. Digital media) & Media Buyinge.g. work experience in a media agency (FMCG background is an advantage)
  • Brand & Advertising experience, Ad-Tech & Data Knowledge, Media Research Knowledge
  • Cross-Market Know-how
  • Tools (e.g. Google Ads)
  • Project Management and Analytical Skills to handle Data projects
  • Fluent language skills in English

Responsibilities:

  • Define EU Media Strategy together with EU Brand Activation and EU Strategy team alongside MSO
  • Integrate media knowledge, trends and strategies into the Brand Activation Strategies and campaign deployments
  • Implement #ModernMarketing approach in all media related areas
  • Responsible for defining the Experiementation@Scale testing roadmap for EU,
  • Implementation of testings with the markets and sharing of learnings
  • Lead for implementation and management of the holistic campaign reporting
  • Support Digital Media transformation, innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing inside EU Consumer Marketing and with EU markets
  • Special Projects. e.g. Implementation of Retail Media playbook,
  • Support media colleagues in EU markets
  • Manage relationships with Global Media team
