SUMMARY
- Collaborate with instructional designers to recommend and/or co-design visual and other multimedia treatments for learning assets
- Work collaboratively with our clients and internal multidisciplinary teams to design and develop highly professional and engaging training products according to the project scope
- Create web graphics, animations, user interfaces (UIs), icons, templates, and layouts for use in projects, product development and implementation
- Translate storyboards, wireframes, and other architectural documents, based on firm understanding of UI and navigation planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with commercial eLearning authoring tools; proficient in Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Captivate
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)— Animate, After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Experience developing prototypes and templates
- Able to efficiently apply visual design and usability principles to develop instructional media
- Experience working in agile development
- Experience in developing accessible learning solutions (508 compliant)
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, interactive media development, multimedia design, graphic design, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 year’ experience using authoring tools, such as Captivate, Storyline etc.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using internet related technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, or other scripting languages; or 2 years’ experience using media tools such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
