This a part-time position that will turn into a full-time role in the future.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across multiple channels. This role involves managing paid search, programmatic display/video, paid social advertising, and delivering detailed reporting. As a Media Manager, you will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management and analytics. This is a client-facing role that requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and creative, to ensure digital media strategies align with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead and manage digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, including budget allocation, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Foster relationships with media vendors and platform partners to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting for performance improvement.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and native analytics tools.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights, recommending improvements for future campaigns.
  • Client Interaction and Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Continual Learning and Adaptation:
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in media buying and digital marketing, focusing on digital advertising across multiple channels.
  • Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other native analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
