Description:
LOCATION: HYBRID WORKING MODEL; 2 DAYS WFH AND 3 IN OUR MARYLEBONE OFFICE
We are looking for a Media Manager to lead our offline channel strategy, with the support of the Head of Paid Media. In this role you’ll work with our media agency to plan, execute and report on campaigns across all offline channels (AV, OOH, Print) to achieve the BRIS market objectives and position Pandora at the forefront of the retail landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Paid Media to execute the Global marketing strategy at a local level in line with BRIS commercial targets.
- Be responsible for implementing national and local media campaigns (AV, OOH, Media Partnerships) to support brand objectives.
- Manage the annual budget and invoicing for offline media channels, with the support of the media agency and finance team.
- Lead the day-to-day communication with media agency teams in both UK and Ireland.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Search Marketing Manager to align offline and online media plans.
- Work with the Go-To-Market team to ensure all media plans are in line with the local commercial, audience and collection strategies.
- Build strong relationships with the PR team to align paid media with earned coverage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media owners to ensure smooth execution and campaign management.
- Work closely with internal and external creative teams to ensure all assets comply with Global guidelines and local requirements.
- Support the Head of Paid Media with regular reporting to the Global team.
- Work with the agency and wider media team to report on all campaigns, continuously identifying areas for improvement.
- Collate regular overviews and reports of offline activity.
- Continuously be looking to push the boundaries to keep Pandora ahead of the competition, and highlight areas of opportunity.
- Manage a team of one Media Coordinator.
