Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Receive content and track workflow for all programming and commercial assets.
  • Monitor ingest portals and watchfolders for incoming content.
  • Update metadata and initiate work orders.
  • Collaborate with Programming, Operations, Creative and Traffic to process, troubleshoot and rectify delivery of files, program timing issues and commercial spot discrepancies.
  • Generate dub lists and purge lists for both Programming and Traffic as required.
  • Communicate with 3rd party vendors and independent producers on delivery and technical specifications regarding programs, closed captioning, and described video.
