Description:
Amagi is seeking a highly motivated Demand Ops Media Planner/Campaign Manager to join its Media & Ad Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for key aspects of media planning and campaign management, such as developing media plans for RFP’s, creating external site lists, and recommending supply pricing and packaging strategies. Working closely with internal Demand Sales and Demand Operations teams, as well as external clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that media plans align with both supply and market conditions.
We are looking for a candidate who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making. The ability to multitask effectively and stay focused under pressure is crucial in this fast-paced environment, where quick turnarounds are the norm. As a key player, you will collaborate with team members and leadership to respond to dynamic requests while identifying new opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Manage planning initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans
- Own tactical plan development, recommendation building, and negotiations across their respective channels
- Fulfill RFP’s based on our existing supply
- Work with Demand and Yield Ops to set pricing based on existing supply and current market conditions
- Package contextual, tentpole, and seasonal supply for demand consumption
- Analyze supply performance to package performance-based supply for DTC, direct response buyers
- Manage external facing site lists including pricing and avails
- Re-prioritize work as needed, understand inbound requests and upcoming deadlines across the business.
Campaign Management responsibilities include:
- Ensure media plans are executed properly, manage, and optimize end-to-end campaigns.
- Ownership of demand support, configuration, and troubleshooting for assigned accounts
- Effectively resolve open projects and tickets and communicate cross-functionally
- Developing, growing, and maintaining relationships with internal teams through exceptional client service and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Troubleshooting issues on all pre-production and live campaigns.
- Develop detailed reports that include campaign performance, pacing, and KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 Years of experience in online advertising, with a preference for campaign management and media planning
- Programmatic experience is highly preferred
- CTV experience is highly preferred
- Good understanding of various ad technologies (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs) and ad servers (experience with SpringServe preferred)
- Inventory Management experience is a strong plus
- Highly self-motivated and well-organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and able to consolidate information and work with multiple data points
- Experience with troubleshooting discrepancies, tag setup issues, delivery issues, and other technical support inquiries
- Demonstrated strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated strong strategic and analytical planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and negotiate with internal clients
- Ability to meet deadlines and partner timeline expectations
