KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and implement offline media strategies, in alignment with the Paid & Owned Media Manager, to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
- Manage advertising campaigns across various offline channels, including TV, radio, print, and outdoor.
- Always on collaboration with the Paid Digital team to integrate offline strategies with digital campaigns in a cross-channel approach
- Monitor and analyze the performance of offline campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations for future optimizations.
- Utilize a test & learn approach to drive innovation and continuously improve campaign strategies
- Manage the budget for campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and constantly monitoring opportunities and optimizations
- Manage the relationship with the media agency, ensuring effective communication, productive collaboration and relevant market, media and competition insights.
- Proactively support the organization, sharing innovations, and challenging the status quo.
- Maintain relationships with agencies, suppliers, and other external partners.
- Collaborate with Go To Market team to conduct consumer and advertising research in collaboration with third-party partners to measure campaign effectiveness
- Cascade, coordinate and support offline media activities in cluster countries, ensuring consistency and adaptation of local strategies.
- Budget tracking for the area of responsibility
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience working within offline media
- Previous experience in media agency or global organizations in retail, fashion or FMCG industry preferred
- Experienced in offline and online media planning
- In-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in the offline media sector
- Experience with econometric model and audit tracking
- Experience in delivering insight-based research
- Fluent in English – verbally and written
