Media Production Graphic Designer - Digital Learning (fixed-term contract)

HYBRID WORK MODEL: MINIMUM TWO DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE WITH OPTION TO WORK REMOTELY FOR REMAINING THREE DAYS

Contract type: Fixed-term contract linked to the project (The project is anticipated to run until July 2026)
We are looking for dedicated team members to join a specialist media team working on a dynamic, high-impact project. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to explore new technologies and processes.
If you’re interested in growing your skills in media automation and developing innovative ways of working at scale, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Experience with graphic design systems is required, and you will handle light design work as part of the role. An organized and driven approach will be key to success. Some knowledge of video editing is also a plus, as you may be involved in light post-production tasks.
Based in our vibrant Cape Town office, you will have the chance to collaborate both locally and globally. While you’ll be part of a dedicated project team, you will also enjoy the support of the wider Construct Education community as you lead new initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Skill level: Mid-level
• Graphic Design
• Canva, Illustrator knowledge
• Experience in project management or being part of high-impact team
• Keen interest in Innovation and automation

• Produce graphic assets to specification
• Facilitate reviews of work and implement feedback
• Streamline processes
• Update various progress platforms as you work (Trello, Slack, OA, etc)
• Attend meetings as needed
• Light video editing (training provided if needed)
