Media Production Producer - Digital Learning Content (fixed-term contract)

Contract type: Fixed-term contract linked to the project (The project is anticipated to run until July 2026)
We’re looking for an experienced Media Production Producer to lead a small team of editors and designers on a dedicated, high-volume project. This role involves managing media workflows, guiding team members, and integrating AI and automation techniques to scale production effectively. You’ll also be directly involved in the day-to-day work, ensuring both quality and creativity are maintained throughout the project.
The team will work alongside our Learning Designers on a long-term, fast-paced project, providing an opportunity to experiment with new ways of working. You’ll have the autonomy to set up and manage systems and workflows that drive efficiency and maintain a high standard of creative output.
Responsibilities include managing the post-production of videos and graphic design for online learning, with some involvement in pre-production. You’ll be establishing workflows that facilitate collaboration between media production and learning design, maintaining a high velocity of output, and supporting the team through changes and challenges.
While this role focuses on a specific project, you’ll be an integrated member of Construct Education, benefiting from the guidance and support of our senior production team to help ensure the project’s success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Skill level: Mid-level
• Experience in project management (preferred)
• Experience/interest in AI / automation workflows within media production
• EdTech or similar industry experience
• In-depth knowledge of production workflows

• Set-up workflows and automation between Learning Designers and Production
• Drive high velocity workflows within media production
• Change management and execution
• Produce media assets to specification
• Facilitate reviews of work and implement feedback
• Streamline processesUpdate various progress platforms as you work (Trello, Slack, OA, etc.)
