Madden offers agency of record (AOR) services and omni-channel advertising solutions to destination marketing organizations. Our cross-functional teams use insights from research to craft strong storytelling themes and develop custom campaign architectures. We execute efficient media plans using the most strategic digital and traditional channels available to reach our partners’ goals and deliver strong ROI.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of in-house or agency paid media experience required.
  • Must be a team player with excellent verbal, written, and communication skills and demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • The ability to collaborate with multiple team members, manage a high workload and work diligently under time constraints.
  • Firsthand knowledge setting up, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns. (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and some Google Analytics experience expected)
  • Must enjoy a good spreadsheet. We use Google Sheets, but if you are proficient in Excel, you’ll do just fine.
  • Must love and be able to communicate data-driven insights to our Account team as well as our clients
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize a high volume of projects with top-notch organizational skills
  • Promote a supportive working environment where new ideas are welcomed
  • Focus on problem solving and solutions
  • Ensure the team is regularly informed and updated regarding client needs and strategies.
  • Familiarity with common media research tools like MRI, Resonate, Pathmatics, etc.
  • Tag and pixel management, creative QA, and implementation.
  • While the core of this role is digital, familiarity with traditional media channels-including linear TV, print, radio, and outdoor media-is highly valued and considered a plus.
  • Travel and tourism experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads day-to-day tactics for their accounts: Manages campaigns, monitors, and continuously optimizes campaign budgets across platforms to deliver a positive return on marketing spend. Clearly communicates changes in the campaign to client teams and leadership.
  • Identify the variables that can be optimized and execute optimization.
  • Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions.
  • Aggregate results and prepare weekly summary and key learnings.
  • Prepare/present campaign reporting including evolution of all KPIs like media spent, engagements, and granular analysis.
  • Owns paid media strategies that deliver on campaign KPIs, objectives, and goals.
  • Performs competitive and industry research to support and implement best practices for campaigns to achieve success.
  • Collaborates with client and internal teams to align campaign strategy with established KPIs and meet campaign short-term and long-term goals.
  • Interface with account leads regarding campaign set-up deliverables, reporting, strategy, account updates, and ad hoc client requests related to marketing
  • Develop strong working relationships with vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities.
  • Ability to take complex problems and create efficient solutions.
  • Strong eye for detail and high standards for quality of work.
