Medical Aesthetician

We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Aesthetician with a strong sales background and experience in advanced aesthetic procedures, including laser hair removal, skincare treatments, and other non-invasive services. In this role, you will provide exceptional client care while meeting sales targets and driving business growth through excellent service and product knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Aesthetician: Must hold a current state license for Aesthetician/Medical Aesthetician (required).
• Experience in Laser Hair Removal: Hands-on experience with laser hair removal treatments is a must.
• Sales Background: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Skincare Knowledge: In-depth understanding of skincare products and treatments, with the ability to recommend customized solutions for clients.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mentality.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to work carefully and precisely, especially when performing treatments.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of independence.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Certification in advanced aesthetic treatments such as microneedling, chemical peels, or other cosmetic skin procedures.
• Knowledge of skincare brands and products commonly used in MedSpas.

• Laser Hair Removal: Perform safe, effective, and professional laser hair removal treatments for clients using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Skin Care Treatments: Provide a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, and microneedling.
• Sales & Client Education: Promote products and services to clients based on their individual skincare needs. Achieve sales goals by educating clients on the benefits of various treatments and skincare products.
• Consultations: Conduct skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans, ensuring that client expectations are met.
• Customer Service: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through professional and personalized service. Address client concerns or questions, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: Ensure the cleanliness of treatment rooms and follow safety protocols to maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional environment.
• Administrative Support: Assist with booking appointments, maintaining client records, and providing follow-up care instructions when necessary.
