Hebe Beauty Bar Ltd. is a medical aesthetic business located in Red Deer, Alberta whose mission is to help our clients become the most confident and vibrant version of themseelves.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments and services, including medical grade facial treatments.
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Perform retail sales of skincare products and other beauty-related items
- Demonstrate and educate clients on the use of skincare products through product demos
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in skincare techniques
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and expertise in various aesthetic treatments and techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products and services
- Attention to detail and ability to perform precise treatments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
