Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our clinic with a minimum of 1 YEAR of experience as a medical aesthetician or laser technician.
Provide advanced laser treatments, including skin resurfacing, skin rejuvenation, tattoo removal, pigmented and vascular lesions, Microneedling RF and more. Offer thorough consultations to understand patient needs and determine the best course of treatment. Prioritize patient safety with meticulous pre-treatment and post-treatment care. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Keep patients informed about their treatment plans and aftercare instructions. Stay ahead of the curve with continuous education on laser technology and aesthetic trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certification or training in laser technology and/or aesthetics.
• Experience in laser hair removal is a MUST.
• Experience in NdYag, and ErYag lasers, Vein removal, Sunspot/Age-spot treatment, RF microneedling
• Experience in treating a wide range of skin tones and textures is PREFERRED.
• Strong background in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to effectively promote products.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a clinic-based setting.

  Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week

• Welcoming each Client and ensure total Client satisfaction.
  Conduct in depth-consultations and offer recommendations for treatment plans (in consult)
  Must know skin and can critically think and use clinical judgement skills to assess and treat different skin conditions. With a deep understanding of skin health.
  Perform various laser treatments, facials, microneedling, and medical grade peels, laser resurfacing, RF treatments, specialty skin treatments.
  Sanitize and prepare treatment areas before and after each session to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  Advise clients with proper pre & post care instructions for treatments
  Maintain good customer relationship, offering the highest level of patient experience
  Enthusiastic about building new client relationships and focus on retention of clients, and delivering highest level of service
  Follow up with clients and maintain customer relation
  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress.
  Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement laser treatments.
