POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Medical Esthetician, you are responsible for helping clients with maintaining the skin’s health and vitality, combating the effects of aging and exposure to the sun, and improving its overall appearance through many different methods of skin treatments. One of the most important skills for this position is to have the ability to connect with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include client sessions in the evenings and over the weekend.
• Complete on the job training programing successfully
• Ability to provide high level, empathic customer service.
• Ability to make clients feel comfortable about themselves.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Must perform all skin care services.
• Assess client skin condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to client concerns.
• Prepare, clean up and maintain treatment area and overall clinic maintenance.
• Accurately document charts and update clients’ profiles after treatments.
• Offer additional products and services in a professional manner to enable clients to maintain their skincare routine at home.
• Track client progress and maintain complete.
• Other duties as required.
