MEDICAL WRITER - MEDICAL AFFAIRS

Office based - Hybrid - UK Remote

Due to continuing growth within the Nucleus team we’re looking for a Medical Writer. This is an interesting role, working on a team that partners with a global pharma client across Immunology and Dermatology therapeutic areas.
As a Medical Writer you will develop scientific expertise in assigned therapeutic areas, supporting delivery for a versatile team that includes creative, digital, client services and editorial.
Core deliverable tasks include researching and developing technical materials, ensuring that all outputs follow written brief, are accurate in content and editorial style and can be referenced. Medical content development encompasses a range of deliverables including strategy/ planning, conferences, advisory boards and interactive content.
You will also communicate with clients and key opinion leaders on content development and attend scientific meetings.

To succeed you will have:

  • Previous experience working in a Medical Writing role, within a medical communications agency environment.
  • An academic background in the life sciences.
  • Experience writing across a broad range of scientific deliverables e.g. training materials, slide sets, interactive content, conference booths, competitive intelligence, for a variety of medical audiences.
  • Experience reviewing materials for style/consistency, scientific accuracy, proof-reading, layout.

You will report to the senior leadership team.
