Description:
Join our new team within General Human Resources as a Medical and Dental Recruitment Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a safe, efficient, and effective recruitment process for medical and dental professionals.

Responsibilities:
Manage Candidate Caseloads: Oversee the recruitment process for medical and dental positions across all career grades. This includes day to day administrative duties such as requesting approvals from external organisations, placing adverts, diary management, organising interview panels, liaising with senior management, external panel members and non-executive directors, scheduling and arranging interviews, providing appropriate interview documentation, inviting candidates for interviews, conducting employment checks, and offering guidance on policies and terms and conditions.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with Recruitment Advisors, the Recruitment Manager, Medical HR, and Trust managers to drive the modernisation of recruitment processes.
Ensure Compliance and Efficiency: Maintain a smooth, efficient, and compliant recruitment process, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide excellent customer service to both hiring managers and potential new hires, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.
