Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position is available in San Gabriel, Chinatown and City of Industry. We are looking for full-time employees.
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $21 - $24/hour. This pay range represents our national target range for this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Assistant to join our cardiology practice with clinics in San Gabriel or City of Industry. This position will assist our healthcare staff in providing exceptional specialty care for a high volume of patients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Assist physicians, nurses, and other medical staff by performing clinical and administrative duties under the direction of a physician
• Clinical duties may include measuring vital signs, performing EKGs, hooking up heart monitors, and performing medication reconciliations
• Administrative duties may include insurance eligibility verification, medical report transcription, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other clerical duties
• Advanced clinical opportunities include work as a stress technician, EKG interpreter, patient liaison, and supervisor.
