REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Medical Assistant, Nursing, or equivalent qualification (APC not required).
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a clinic or hospital setting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills: Ability to perform basic medical procedures such as dressing, injections, and taking vital signs.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and clinic management systems.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle patient interactions with care and professionalism.
• Teamwork: Able to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff.
• Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required by the clinic’s schedule.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining records, managing equipment, and following medical procedures.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries by preparing and handling medical instruments and equipment.
• Provide basic nursing care, including dressing wounds, administering injections, and taking vital signs.
• Manage patient flow by coordinating appointments and ensuring minimal waiting times.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Assist with the inventory of medical supplies and restock as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including data entry into clinic management systems.
• Provide patient education on treatments, medications, and follow-up care as instructed by doctors.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, and handling patient inquiries.
• Ensure the safe disposal of biohazard materials according to health and safety standards.
• Adhere to clinic protocols and comply with all relevant healthcare regulations.
