We are looking for a committed Team Leader to join our Medical Capability Reports (MCR) team and drive the delivery of high-quality reports that support global medical readiness for our TRICARE partner.
The MCR team collects and performs in-depth analyses of facility capabilities and healthcare and transport infrastructure, for locations across the globe. The team then generate essential reports that contribute to the emergency and contingency preparedness of our client worldwide.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- preferably essay based
Proven experience in leadership roles, ideally in data gathering, copy editing, medical information, or a related field
English language proficiency, with an additional language being a bonus
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and Inspire: Manage the MCR team’s workflow and guarantee timely, accurate and complete delivery of reports. Instil and fulfil critical KPI’s
- Quality Assurance: Provide non-clinical review and approval of MCRs, ensuring the highest degree of accuracy
- Client Relationships: Act as the key point of contact for the Clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction
- Innovate and Improve: Work closely with the Head of Readiness to develop new strategies, improve processes, and onboard new team members
- Support and Collaborate: Assist with special projects, share insights, and help the team reach its goals
