JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

We are looking for a hardworking Medical Centre Administrator, based in Armagh MEC This is an office-based role although travel to other NI sites may be required.
With this position you will work within your designated team and other associated ones, as to support the delivery of services to our customers.
You will be an excellent communicator who is well organised and able to deal with people in a caring, courteous, and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • You will be required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS security clearance check in order to undertake this position.
  • Competent in using Microsoft suites: excel, word, power point, outlook etc – an understanding of excel is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Running the Medical Examination Centre
  • Meeting and greeting all customers and stakeholders
  • Assisting customers with completion of forms such as: expense claims
  • Preparation of the rooms and equipment to ensure they are ready for the Medical Practitioner and customers
  • Using of an in-house computer system to update records
  • Regular telephone/email liaison with MSC.
  • Provide cover at our other medical examination centres within the region
