THE OPPORTUNITY

The Doctors Drury is looking for someone to lead the team while their current manager takes parental leave. This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to support the Drury team and experience working with The Doctors and Green Cross Health.

ABOUT YOU

We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience working in a general practice environment, leading teams.
People skills, operational leadership and change management will be important, as well as financial planning, budgeting, and accounts management. You will be able to thrive in the challenging and often changing environment of primary healthcare, PHOs, funding, capitation, enrolments, and the wide range of reporting that GP practice requires.
You will be skilled at fostering teamwork and do what it takes to support your colleagues and deliver excellent service; you will be able to work well with health and administration professionals; you will be able to set up and maintain productive relationships with our Green Cross Health Support Office and external stakeholders; you will bring positivity, energy, enthusiasm, and resilience to this varied and exciting role. You will enjoy leadership, creating a healthy culture and developing others.
