We are in search of a Medical Claims Analyst to join our client’s team located in Orlando, Florida. As a Medical Claims Analyst, your primary role will be to handle claims adjudication and oversee the payment and processing of medical claims. The role also involves maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, responding effectively to policy-related queries, and ensuring all procedures align with the insurance industry’s standards. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

• Oversee the timely and efficient processing and payment of medical claims.
• Maintain a positive rapport with key stakeholders such as medical providers and parents of injured students.
• Respond effectively to policy-related queries from school personnel, medical providers, and parents.
• Ensure all claim payments and processing are conducted in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel and Medical Billing - UB92 for efficient management of medical claims.
• Apply knowledge of Workers Comp Law in the processing of claims.
• Utilize Medical Billing skills to ensure accurate billing procedures.
• Use expertise in Payment Processing to handle all payments seamlessly.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Must possess experience in Medical Claims.
• Experience in Payment Processing is necessary.
• Previous work in Medical Billing is essential.
• Familiarity with Medical Billing - UB92 is required.
• Knowledge of Workers Comp Law is beneficial.
