In the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people’s lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). Key responsibilities
The Medical Communication Specialist develops medical communication content in line with brand priorities to encourage recommendations and develop the awareness of our brands and division.
Deploy and execute the multi-channel, (both on- and off-line) medical communication strategy in line with brand strategy (product plan, services, territories etc.) for the targeted HCPs.
Work in synergy with marketing, medical, distribution, external communications and

digital to guarantee the coherence of the messages.

  • Support and execute the medical communication activation plan with the Medical Communication Manager by creating medical communication materials and services relevant for targeted healthcare professionals (information brochures for doctors and patients, medical training, websites, mailings and newsletters, videos, webinars, communication material for events such as congresses, etc.) to support the medical representative field teams
  • Ensure the training and upskilling of medical representative teams
  • Lead content creation for medical events in collaboration with the Medical Communications Manager (webinars, roundtables, events…)
  • Build and adapt the medical content and communication tools to target healthcare professionals and different touchpoints in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Create specific medical content dedicated to LDBpro platform in collaboration with the medical team
  • Take charge of scientific and competitor monitoring in collaboration with the medical representative teams
  • Participate in monthly samples forecasting update to ensure the samples availability in due time and forecast accuracy (right quantities, timings…)

Participate in the circulation of scientific and medical expertise to other departments and train medical representatives on skin indications and new tools developed.
