We are looking for a dedicated full-time Medical Coordinator to join us in our Ottawa location!

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two to three years’ experience working in a clinic or hospital setting as an Administrative Assistant, Medical Coordinator, or Executive Assistant.
  • A bachelor’s degree or college diploma is considered a strong asset.
  • Sales ability combined with the capacity to build relationships over the phone and in-person.
  • Must have a “can-do” attitude, strong attention to detail, and be a critical thinker.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and judgment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer support and follow-up to patients.
  • Ability to accurately follow directions with limited supervision.
  • Strong computer literacy and administration skills.
  • A background in aesthetics and wellness is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of Telus PS Suite considered a strong asset.
