Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HME Homecare Tech 1 is responsible for providing home medical equipment according to physician orders in a variety of living situations including private residences and long term care facilities. This position is accountable for the safe use of home medical equipment through evaluation of the living environment and education of patients, caregivers, and clinicians on the correct use and function of equipment provided. This is a patient facing position that functions independently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of experience in the home medical equipment industry.
- 1 year of experience in customer service.
