PLASTIC & RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY

We are seeking a Full-time Medical Front Desk Administrative Assistant, to become a part of the CPS Team! Our ideal candidate would be dependable, professional and have a passion for creating an exceptional customer service experience along with outstanding communication skills. They must also have the ability to give attention to detail and multi-task while maintaining a warm, friendly and caring presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational & computer skills.
  • Professional attitude and presence.
  • Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in a busy environment with a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Dependable.
  • Must be able to travel between our Virginia and Chevy Chase office.
  • 3 years previous experience working in a medical office.
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities:

  • Create an outstanding customer service experience for our patients.
  • Answer incoming calls & Schedule appointments.
  • Greet patients on arrival and check out when leaving.
  • Gather patient information & insurance information.
  • Enter demographics into the management system.
  • Collect payments and record with accuracy.
  • Keep reception area and administrative area welcoming for patients.
  • Communicate patient needs with appropriate physicians and staff.
  • Be willing to perform additional tasks as needed.
