Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As a Medical Healthcare Partner, you will engage in discussions in specific disease areas, collecting external insights on current medical practice and therapeutic approaches. You will provide a high level of field medical and scientific input, anticipating future needs and planning to fill evidence gaps. You will work in collaboration with other Medical Affairs team members to develop a high-quality field medical plan. Delivering educational programs related to disease awareness, preferably through the development of scientific partnerships, will be a key part of your role. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders: providing training, supporting research teams and being a critical player within the team. Together with other Medical teams (Clinical Operations and Evidence Generation), you will support clinical research activity in the corresponding therapeutic area.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced scientific degree in a relevant scientific discipline (ex: Medicine, Pharmacy or disease related science)
- Preferentially experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry, as MHP or within Medical Affairs Professional.
- Previous Medical Healthcare Partner experience
- Native level of Portuguese and fluent English
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Project management skills: able to plan, execute, promote scientific exchanges with scientific community and monitoring their own project.
- High-level of scientific knowledge and ability to analyze and process clinical and scientific data
- Previous experience in Lung Cancer / GI Cancer or oncology would be highly regarded.
