Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on patient samples
  • Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare providers
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
  • Follow strict safety and sanitation procedures
  • Keep accurate records of all tests performed
  • Assist in research studies and clinical trials
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate test results
  • Stay current on new developments and techniques in laboratory science

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist (MLT/MLS)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using laboratory equipment and computer software
