HealthOne Medical The Well is our newest unified group of physicians and administrative professionals dedicated to putting the health & well-being of our growing patient community first. We primarily provide walk-in & family medicine at this time and are also looking forward to expanding our specialist services in the near future.
HealthOne The Well, our recently opened location in Toronto’s vibrant King West neighbourhood, is thrilled to be adding another Medical Office Administrator to our team!

JOB SUMMARY
In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice and a positive experience for all patients of our medical department. The key responsibilities of this role will be centred around assisting the clinical team with a variety of administration duties, all while prioritizing top-notch client service.
SCHEDULE
- We are looking for someone that is able to join us in a full-time capacity (35-40 hours per week) within our operating schedule
- Weekend availability is required
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of Medical Office Administration/Reception experience
- Strong client service skills and impeccable communication skills
- Solid work ethic, organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
- Self-starter, motivated by goals and eager to wear multiple hats in order to grow with us
- Tech savvy, proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically PS Suite software
- Ability to work weekends and evenings based on business needs
Responsibilities:
- Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
- Efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to, appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, and data entry.
- Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures, and participating in goal achievement.
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.
