Description:

Port Coquitlam Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is an award-winning clinic in the heart of downtown Port Coquitlam. Our friendly and professional staff are committed to providing the best experience possible for our clients.
We are looking for a parttime medical office receptionist to join our team, and bring their enthusiasm and passion for excellence. Computer skills and a desire to help others essential, knowledge of Jane billing and booking system an asset. Availability for holiday and sick relief required. Regular Friday 2:30-7 pm shift
Training would begin early February 2025. First Friday shift Feb.21, 2025.
Part-time hours: 4.5 hrs per week with potential to increase to 3-5days/wk.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of MOA program preferred.
  • Knowlegde of healthcare services, particularly physiotherapy, RMT, and kinesiology is an asset.
  • Knowledge of JaneApp software.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and answering multi-line phone systems.
  • Maintain and update electronic medical records with accuracy.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize medical terminology and software like JaneApp and Microsoft office to support office operations.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for patients while adhering to confidentiality and safety protocols.
