JOB SUMMARY
Join Affinity Wellness as our Reception and Patient Experience Coordinator and become the warm, welcoming face of our clinic. In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver exceptional patient service while ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and positive experience. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, addressing patient inquiries, and clearly communicating our range of services and products. Collaborating closely with our dedicated team in a dynamic and supportive environment, you will play a key role in enhancing patient satisfaction and advancing our mission to provide outstanding wellness and rehabilitative care.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion: A deep passion for wellness and holistic rehabilitative care.
- Education: Certifications in customer service or administration preferred; Medical Office Assistant (MOA) certification is an asset.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in reception or customer service, preferably in a medical or wellness setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and appointment scheduling software, with a particular emphasis on experience using Jane. Familiarity with insurance submissions is also highly valued.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills paired with a dedicated, patient-centered approach.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
