JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a medical clinic setting or in a physiotherapy clinic is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic and assist with check-in procedures.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed, including preparing charts for appointments and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments for patients as required.
- Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming for patients and visitors.
