As a Medical Office Assistant , you will be responsible for answering phone calls in a timely manner and transferring them to the correct

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Studies: High school diploma required. or Bachelor’s Degree in medical care or related
  • Experience: at least 1-2 years of experience in medical office experience
  • EMR experience with eClinical Works preferred.
  • Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation of patients’ medical appointments with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to incoming text message inquiries from patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Monitor and address incoming scheduling emails on assigned days to maintain seamless operations.
  • Handle and resolve patient inquiries received via EMR web encounters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Answer incoming calls, providing solutions to patient concerns and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Update and maintain patient information in the EMR database, including demographics, insurance details, and provider information, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
