Assessment and treatment of patients at Beaumont Lodge
Communicate and collaborate with the relevant governing consultants and other multi-disciplinary professionals to develop and oversee a comprehensive treatment plan for the patient.
Contribute clinical expertise to patient care and provide guidance to clinical personnel relative to patient care.
Performing administrative duties and risk management.
Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained at Beaumont Lodge.
Supervising, and mentoring healthcare professionals and collaborating with consultants.
Keep informed on advancements in the field and contribute to the improvement of patient care at Beaumont Lodge.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards and Bartra Healthcare policies and procedures.
Report to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.
Ensure consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices.
Communicate with family members in relation to treatment plans and patient care.
Be the Resuscitation Officer and the key lead in the Resuscitation Team in the event of an emergency
Monitor and assess patients prior to admission as required
