QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree with 5+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or related healthcare field required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Ability to understand, critically analyze, and summarize complex scientific and medical data.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Independent self-starter, and proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience running clinical research programs for medical devices or medical drugs.
  • 2+ years directly managing teams.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Medical Operations Associate to support our Medical Leadership team in driving project execution and organizational efficiency. This role requires an experienced individual capable of taking on significant responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and effective execution within the organization. We are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated the ability to take initiative, make decisions under uncertainty, and move initiatives forward even in the face of ambiguity. We value individuals who are self-starters and ready to act on opportunities and challenges alike.
This position can be based out of one of our industrious offices in Boston, MA, Miami, FL, Raleigh, NC or at Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the Director of Medical Strategy & Operations to drive and execute strategic projects that advance Click Therapeutics’ goals across its portfolio, with a focus on clinical strategy and development & medical communications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the Medical Leadership and other departments, promoting a culture of collaboration and information sharing.
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes across the organization, ensuring efficient resource allocation, effective project management, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices to support sustainable growth.
  • Manage contracts and communications for vendors/research partners to support evidence generation projects.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant research projects, including the ability to cross-pollinate and “connect the dots” across disease programs.
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to identify areas where support is needed.
  • Help in the drafting and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, help identify any issues that arise, and propose solutions to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Manage the cadence and preparation for medical office meetings, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved.
  • Schedule and manage the Medical Leadership’s calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. Manage communications on behalf of the Medical Leadership.
