JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Partnerships, the Medical Outreach Associate is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clinics and healthcare professionals. Driving sales and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction among partners is a key component to the role. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires someone who can take initiative, work independently, and contribute to our dynamic team environment. This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be comfortable with traveling to various locations within the Maritime provinces as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual in French and English
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or communications
Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making skills
Self-Motivated and efficient time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills are required
Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities:

Uphold a commitment to compliance and operates with integrity within all business activities, adhering to all applicable industry and organization codes and conduct policies.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Assist in the creation and implementation of sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and opportunities.
Tracking key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives. Making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinics and key stakeholders. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads and executing on strategic initiatives.
Proactively identifies and manages critical issues; demonstrates resilience and adapts to evolving plans and strategies; where conflicting issues on partnerships arise, able to find solutions along with the internal team. Escalate to manager as needed.
Cohesive and timely communication within the medical sales team
Manage all administrative requirements tied to clinics and key stakeholders (ex. Monthly reports, sample distribution, educational materials, etc).
As an Ambassador of Tilray Medical, demonstrate ongoing mastery of Tilray Medical programs, processes, and products. Follow established processes and use tools as outlined by management
Review performance regularly with team manager
Other tasks as assigned
