Responsibilities:

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Assisting MPU doctors with medical procedures including Bone Marrow Biopsies, Iron Infusions, Venesections, Short Synacthen and Mantoux testing
  • Removal of cannulas, wound checks and patient after care education
  • Providing clinical backup of medical emergencies (eg severe allergic reactions)
  • Compliance and adherence with QML Pathology policies and procedures, and Workplace Health and Safety procedures
