We are looking for an energetic and professional individual to join our Auchenflower Clinic as a Medical Receptionist in a permanent full-time capacity.
As the Medical Receptionist you are responsible for providing friendly administrative support to our staff and clinicians, booking and rescheduling testing, liaising with hospital staff and Doctors.

Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced administrative role where patient care is our focus
  • Act as the first point of contact to patients, greeting them on arrival and accurately processing relevant paperwork
  • Adapt to and manage an environment where there is ongoing change and competing priorities
  • Manage a large volume of telephone enquiries
  • Billing and receipting of patient accounts
  • Document scanning and reconciling daily banking
  • Booking and rescheduling patient appointments for testing and consulting.
