THE COMPANY AND OPPORTUNITY:

This is a temporary opportunity for the best in Medical Reception and Administration! My Client is a small but closeknit Medical Centre in Mount Roskill. If you have a strong Administrator/Reception background and have been looking for some extra hours this role would be perfect. This role could be ongoing.
This role is Part time, Fridays only with the hours being 8:00am -5:00pm This person will be an integral part of the administration team within the organisation, so you need to have a can-do attitude, great time management skills, ability to prioritise and self-manage workload. There is a possiblility down the track this could turn into 3 days a week but this is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous Reception/administration experience is a must, as are solid MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook and MedTech Evolution
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, and reliable
  • Effective communication written and verbal
  • Those only with NZ Citizenship/permanent residency/ valid work visa will be considered for this rol
