Description:
Glanfa healthcare are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to work on a part time, permanent basis. You will be working in a beautiful, purpose built medical centre
The successful applicant will promote a patient focused approach to care; ensuring all client areas are safe and fit for purpose. You will be required to undertake a range of duties using complex or sensitive information and will act as the customer’s advocate, maintaining their dignity at all times.
The senior receptionist’s main responsibilities include:
- Supervising all staff within the clinic, including rota management, training and handling daily queries
- Greeting customers and ensuring the necessary paperwork is completed
- Communicating with customers both verbally and in writing, in a consistently professional manner
- Managing bookings, answering customer queries and liaising with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensuring customers are treated with respect and empathy, receiving a fun and friendly service, adhering to our organisational values
This is a post for Wednesdays 10.30am to 6pm
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in a customer facing role, with exceptional communication skills. The role requires a large degree of sensitivity, empathy and integrity.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a similar role within the healthcare sector, however this is not essential. You must be able to manage a variety of tasks within a customer facing environment, working accurately and at pace.
