Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general information.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Process patient information.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Cashing out clients after appointments and for prescriptions.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and end of day cleaning.
