We’re currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. As a casual member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch reception and administrative services that meet the highest professional and company standards. Your dedication will ensure that our patients, referrers, and customers receive the professional, caring, and friendly service they deserve. This position is based predominantly at Midland but there may be the opportunity to work at other sites North of the River, contributing to our commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure responsiveness and effective communication with patients and referring healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality patient services
- Provide efficient administrative support by resolving issues promptly, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients both face-to-face and over the phone, promoting a compassionate and efficient service environment
- Clinic Coordination: Coordinate patient flow, monitor patient comfort, liaise with cardiologists and technical staff, manage appointments, and handle reception duties efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
