Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to work across our Albury clinics. This role is a full time, permanent position with flexibility working Monday to Friday shifts between 7am to 10pm and one weekend every six weeks.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
• Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
• Providing excellent customer service and patient care
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients’ well-being.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
