Description:
At I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time.
We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist based at our Dandenong clinic, occasionally working across Berwick, Mulgrave, Cranbourne and Pakenham clinics when required. This is a full time, permanent position with the flexibility to work shifts between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
