We are seeking a customer-focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Albury clinics. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering flexibility to work Monday to Friday shifts between 7 am and 10 pm, with one weekend shift every six weeks.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and managing the reception area with professionalism and care.
  • Scheduling appointments across multiple modalities (e.g., X-ray, MRI, ultrasound).
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patients feel valued and supported.
  • Building strong relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers.
