Our clinics in Devonport and Latrobe are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join us on a part time basis. Working rotating shifts 5 days a fortnight (Wednesday, Thursday one week and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the following week), between 7.45am and 6pm.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills whilst showing compassion and empathy
• Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
